Cancellation policy

We are a very small team, so please understand we cannot offer returns or refunds if you are unhappy with the product. If there is a mistake with your order, we may be able to help if your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.

If your order is missing or damaged however, please include a photo and all necessary information of the missing order or product to teamkisakisa@gmail.com. 

We will do our best to assist you to either replace the broken/missing item or refund you. In the case of a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
