What countries do you not ship to?

We currently do not ship to countries with service suspensions from USPS. These countries include:

• Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Yemen

We apologize for any inconveniences. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and if we are unable to ship your order, we will fully refund you.

Are preorder items limited run?

To ensure the items you want, preordering now would be the safest bet, but we do hope to hold a limited stock of items in the store going forward.

I haven't received my package yet! What can I do?

I made a mistake! Can I make changes or cancel my order?

If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we are happy to make any changes or cancellations. Please note that any item marked as a PREORDER is considered final sale after the preorder period has been closed so please consider before purchasing!

My order arrived damaged/broken! What can I do?
